Hi,
We recently moved business premises, the place we moved to didn't have a phone line. We have had open reach come and connect us and they have installed a new master switch.
We have a brand new home hub 6. The router is receiving 1.15 Mbps downstream and 448.00 kbps upstream. And we have no phones connected.
I have one PC connected so far and are getting 66ms ping, download .63mbps and .37 mbps according to the bt speedtest with a wired connection.
Does anyone have any ideas about what could be wrong?
