Norton anti virus

Hi

Updated our PC ,Laptop & 2 mobiles successfully, however having a problem with our two tablets ....

My Samsung tabA is at android 7.1.1  so understand what is the issue here and have put on avg (as I removed McAfee before I checked SW version)

However other tabA 2016 is at 8.1, but the email link did not work ....could not install Norton.

any similar experiences, suggestions ?

Hi @ddmbewhere, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. 

Sorry that you're having trouble installing Norton on your Android device and it's running on Android 8.1.
Are you getting any error messages? 
Have you tried logging into your MyBT on the device and switching over vis the security section on your account?
