Norton antivirus

When trying to swap from the McAfee to Norton I just get a server error message and cannot change to Norton.  Tried calling BT and told they know there is a problem and refered me  here  been trying for months . Now have a new computer with no other virus software  on it and still have the same problem

If it's a Windows 10 or 11 machine that you have now I wouldn't bother, just let Windows Security do its job, it's as good as anything else these days

Thanks for posting about the antivirus, sorry you're having problems. Can you give us some more details? What OS / device(s) are you using?
