Scanned using Norton (part of BT package). However, repeated response is 'unable to fix issues' - "We are here to help - Contact Technical Support'. Contacted Norton who are looking for subscription details and do not recognise the fact that it is part of BT package. Contacted BT Technical and they say it is noting to do with them - contact Norton. In a loop. Just want to get rid of whatever malware or virus is affecting my Mac - Surprising that Norton protection let it through / is unable to fix?
