Norton sign in

Hi

i have just installed bt Norton and it is asking me to sign in to use features 

I tried signing in with my bt email/password but it says it is incorrect 

how do I get signed in because I can’t use without the features

Thank you for posting. What device are you trying to use BT Virus Protect on? Do you have any other anti-virus software on your device as this can sometimes cause issues?

It is a windows 11 laptop

i have uninstalled the anti virus I was using

i can get it working

but it says sign in to access all features but when I go to sign in it won’t accept my bt email/password
