Parental and security settings within my BT app

I'm trying to check the parental settings for broadband, have followed instructions to the app and found the button but I just get the same message every time. Sorry something went wrong try again later.

This seems to have cropped up for other users on this forum in the past and been resolved by a moderator. Can anyone help?
