I have not had any parental controls working for over two weeks on any device.
I contacted customer help, and raised a complaint.
They tell me it’s a nationwide issue.
Is anyone else having problems with it?
Had the same issue, was told the same thing by the guides, known problem etc, controls were stuck for 4 days. However once the moderators (DanielS) at Enniskillen looked at this, it was fixed in 24 hours.
How do I get in touch with moderators?
And why can't BT complaints help?
Same for me. Not fixed yet but if you email BT, rather than rely on Chat, someone tries various things in the background and you get a reference number.
The moderators work through the community board and should reach out to you, once you're in contact they will sort you out.
