Parental controls not working

Hi. My parental controls have not worked for a few weeks now. The filter is set to light and can't be changed, and when switched off it is still blocking with a http://blockpage.bt.com/pcstaticpage/blocked.htm message showing. I have done a factory reset on the hub with no change. 

Any help would be appreciated, many thanks

Thanks for posting about the parental controls, sorry you're having problems. Our customer service guides should be able to help with this. You'll get them on 0330 1234 150. If that doesn't suit I'll get this looked into for you. Check your inbox for my message and drop me over the details. FYI we're very busy at present so it's taking longer than usual to reply.
