I've chased this up today and have been advised it is a known issue, no fix date has been provided but I've asked to be kept in the loop and will update the thread when I know more.
@licquorice do you want to opt back into the BT Wifi facility as I have been advised there is a workaround that we can apply from our side?
Also if there are any other customers who are not able to opt back into BT wifi and would like to do so post here and let us know.
It looks like I have been opted back in, thank you! I have checked my Smart Hub 2 it shows that the Public Wi-Fi status is not active even though I have opted in, is there a way to push this to activate it?
