Ive had the cloud service for years, but have now been sent an email saying it would be withdrawn because I’ve cancelled my bt account? At the end of last year I’ve recontracted on another 24 month contract. Can you help sort this out?

Does the email mention the BTID linked to the Cloud account? If so is that your current BTID?
It could be that if you had a previous account using a different BTID is getting deleted. Post back and let me know.

@as far as I’m aware I’ve only got one btid. When I log in with my current one, it doesn’t allow me to access saying it’s unavailable
