Hi, @SteveH99 the BT cloud service has not been withdrawn for existing BT broadband customers who had it set up. What happens when you try to log in, do you get any errors?

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry that you can't get access at the moment.
There are only a few scenarios where this can happen if you are an existing Customer.
The main one would be if you had BT Cloud linked to an old cancelled account but still used the same BT ID for the new account. Eventually the access would be removed as the BT Cloud wasn't set up or moved over on to the new account.
Whatever the reason, I need to look into this and do my best to help you. I'm going to send you a private message that you can reply back to me on.

Just go to the top right and the "v" and click on that and then sign in.
Worked for me 2 minutes ago.
