I'm having the same problem, trying to get my 12 months of xbox pass but shoeing my account number for my mobile phone instead of my broadband

Have you tried adding your active broadband account to your MyBT?
Once logged in, click on 'Your details' and then on 'Account'.
Next, scroll down and click on 'Add an account' and follow the prompts to enter your new account.
After this has been set up, you should be able to use the Xbox Game Pass. If you then want your old account removed, contact me here and let me know.

Hi @Taylorman84 TNT Sports is provided via the Discovery+ app now. Have you activated Discovery+ by following the steps on this link?

Yeah, I tried it mare but not having any luck
It's from my ee account which says its activated via the discovery app and I even got a text through but its not having it
