Is it that the parental controls are not working or have your children just found one of the many ways to circumvent them?

To check if they are working or not you should try accessing something that you have or should be blocked to see if you get blocked or not.

Welcome to the Community, @georgesin.

Just to check, is it only certain websites that seem to be falling outside of your controls, or is nothing being blocked full stop?

Also is this affecting a particular device, or have you noticed these issues on several devices?

Nothing is being blocked no more. Previously BT parental controls were working e.g. can see on devices could not go to game sites, and streaming disabled. But is no longer working?

Thanks @georgesin.

As a first port of call, I'd recommend disabling parental controls, turning off your Hub at the socket for at least 30 seconds, then enabling this all again.

Whilst simple, this should refresh all your network settings so can often resolve issues like this.

If you continue to struggle from there, please reach out to our technical team, and we can look into getting this investigated further.
