Parental Controls not working

Hello I have the same issue.

everything has worked correctly for years and suddenly nothing is being blocked.

can someone contact me please? I’ve tried all the forum answers, the telephone help but nothing works

Hi @Paul45 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're having problems with your parental controls. Are you using a VPN or an Apple device with private wifi address or private relay features enabled?

@Paul45 It can cause problems as parental controls can't identify the device via its MAC address, you could try turning it off on your iPhone to see if helps.

• From the Lock Screen, swipe up to access the Home Screen

• Tap Settings

• Tap Wi-Fi
• Tap the information button next your network

• Move the switch to the off position, for Private Wi-Fi Address (iOS 14) or Private Relay (iOS 15)
