Hi Just recently got BT broadband and trying to download the norton anti virus but keep getting server error message i have uninstalled my F-secure anti virus program and i am the account holder but still no luck any chance someone can tell me what i'm doing wrong please.

I just have the 1 account as holder and can see my bills.
I think my pc had mcfee on it that i never used or knew about so i'm just uninstalling this and see if it will work and will get back to you if it doesn't.
No luck, still getting server error, i really thought that might have done it 😥
Yes still giving server error, its a Dell with windows bought just before pandemic so pretty new.

Hi @Spraffer109, thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the delay in getting in touch with you. I can see that the Virus Protect team has been in touch with you yesterday and resolved this fault.
Yeah apparently it was a fault on their side because 2 accounts had been set up, and was causing a conflict.
All sorted now and up and running.
