I have the same issue with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months.
In the email from BT, it said that after activating the service, I would receive an email with information on how to get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
I've had BT for 2 days now (I know, it's a short time), but I'm wondering how long I should wait for that email?

Hi @KamilKamil, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. I've moved your post to create your own thread as previous thread is already solved.
As you are trying to activate the 12 month pass I take it you've taken up the Fibre 900 package.
Here are a few checks to complete before your Game Pass will show:
Check that your new account is the only account on your BTID.
Check for the Game Pass on the web not the MyBT app.
Also you will have had to received and paid first bill.
If they are all OK then the Game Pass should be available to claim shortly.

As I mentioned, I've had BT for 2 days, so I haven't paid the bill yet.
Yes, I'm new. I checked on the website and also on the app and was nothing.
I have the Fiber 900 package. So, I probably need to wait until I pay the first bill.
I was confused by what was written in the BT email.
"Xbox Game Pass Ultimate New customers ordering Full Fibre 900 are eligible for 12 months free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Once your broadband goes live, we'll email you to let you know how to redeem it."
And there was nothing written here that I have to pay the first bill, but if I need to, I will pay it, and then we'll see.

Hi @KamilKamil, thanks for posting back and we've fed that back about the bill payment.
It should be available to claim on your account within 48hrs of the payment and if it's not just pop back here and let us know and we'll be happy to help you get it claimed.
