I think I'm having the same issue... I've had a text/email saying I can activate however can see no way of doing this from MyBT account - doesn't show where it's meant to in the products page or anything.
Help please?

Thanks for posting about the xbox game pass. Sorry you're having problems claiming it. Have you spoken with our customer service guys on 0330 1234 150? They should be able to help with this.
