Renewed my contract but my game pass hasn't renewed

I've recently renewed my contract and was told that my xbox game pass would renew from the date of my contract renewal.

I've just receved an email saying that my game pass will run out on the 18th of this month so something is obviously a bit wonky.

I can't seem to get a chat button to show up.. does any one have any suggestions? (I'm out of the UK at the moment so can't call)(

Is possible that you have to go to MYBT to activate the offer which many post on forum have done
