And I've put a lot of effort into trying to explain a complex subject in simple terms only to find out that wasn't the question you were asking.

I don't know if you're a employee of BT but find your Reponses very aggressive

For Clarity was asking is it BT reasonability to correct this subject as if you read you will that is the Question

One thing i was advised since was very young stay away from aggressive persons adios

The only BT employees on the forum are the BT Moderators. Everyone else is a customer or member of the public just like you. 

@WSH  posts were not at all "aggressive"  he was in my opinion just stating what he had been trying to do.

If you want an answer to your question you will need to contact BT directly because they are the only ones who can answer it, every one who answers on here are just speculating. "Adios".

@paulpablo  I can also assure you that anybody in BT giving an allegedly definitive answer will not be in a position to do so.
