No mine is still not working, John from BT called today the issue is probably having a BT ID that doesn't have an email address so mine is being deleted so that my email with be my BT ID and Account Holder, at present though I can not log into my BT account to test this

Also have the same problem. Trying to install Norton on a new Galaxy ProBook 2 with windows 11. I am the account holder.
Also looked at my BT account on my home PC (on which Norton was installed last year) and get the same error. Used to be an option to email a link to install Norton but this doesn't appear due to server error
