Hello,
I have been unable to add the 6 months Game Pass that was advertised in the promotion of my broadband package. Whenever I try claiming it, the BT website throws me onto the Help and Support page with the error:
"We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2."
I called about it over a week ago however have not received any follow-up yet. If anyone knows a way to fix this please do let me know.

When was it you spoke to our team? They should have completed a webform to go to our back office team, who would send you the Game Pass code by email within 7 working days.

Thanks for your quick reply. Great news, I have received the code today! Many thanks for that.
Our phone call was on 28th November, so that's been exactly 7 working days; my post was perhaps a bit impatient.
