Yes this has now been resolved - thanks. For the benefit of anyone else reading this thread, the BT Wifi team opted me out of BT Wifi on the backend and as a result, my BT Smart Hub is no longer broadcasting the "BTWifi-X" network.
As I understand it, once you're opted out, some workflow pushes a configuration update to the Smart Hub causing it to disable the BT Wifi network.

Exactly, but this is achievable via MyBT if the web page wasn't broken.
Is it not possible to disable all Wi-Fi via the router user interface?
Yes, but not a lot of use if only requiring to disable BT WiFi
My understanding was that users had disabled wireless but BT Wi-Fi was found to still be active . This was subsequently fixed by a firmware upgrade. I may have totally got the wrong end of the stick however.
