Yes this has now been resolved - thanks. For the benefit of anyone else reading this thread, the BT Wifi team opted me out of BT Wifi on the backend and as a result, my BT Smart Hub is no longer broadcasting the "BTWifi-X" network.
As I understand it, once you're opted out, some workflow pushes a configuration update to the Smart Hub causing it to disable the BT Wifi network.
My understanding was that users had disabled wireless but BT Wi-Fi was found to still be active . This was subsequently fixed by a firmware upgrade. I may have totally got the wrong end of the stick however.
