I recently signed up to the Full Fibre 500 package with 6 months of game pass included for Xbox. I am unable to locate the offer in my BT account. I have tried the forum but not able the locate the offer. Can anyone help please?

Sorry for the problems you're having locating the Xbox offer. When you login to your BT ID here -> www.bt.com/mybt <- scroll down the homepage and you should see something like this:
