I'm trying to update to Norton as per letter received from BT, following the online instructions I get the following error message:

Thank you for your post and welcome back!
I am sorry you're seeing this message when trying to change your BT Virus Protect to the Norton software. You're seeing this as your BT ID may just be a name, rather than an email address. Please re-name your BT ID to an email address and try again.
To do this go to MyBT > Personal details and change your BT ID to an email address from there. That should get you sorted. Please post back and let me know how you get on.

All sorted now, thanks. Took a while and unfortunately Norton won't work on my Tablet as it's only Android 7.0 but PC, SmartPhone and wife's laptop OK.
