I can't find a way to unlink my Xbox game pass subscription from BT/EE. The subscription has been cancelled but it is still controlled by BT/EE. How can I release it from being managed by BT/EE?

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.
I tried that but they didn't resolve it.
