XBOX ultimate not visible to add on MyBT webpage

Hi I am unable to add XBOX ultimate 12 months to my recently renewed BB900 account. I have checked that I am logged into my current active BT account. Can you help?

has the 14 day cooling off period passed since your new contract activation date?  you need to use pc/laptop to access MYBT not and app

No not 14 days since activation yet. Was unaware of that restriction. Will check after that. Thanks.

If you do still have any trouble after the 14 days have passed @ddni, please get in touch with our customer service guides, and they can send a webform to have it to you within 7 working days.

@Michael_D thanks. 17 days since order went live. Haven't seen the Xbox live pass in my account. Will flag to a customer service guide.
