I've tried to follow the instructions in the email by going to "My BT" signing in but there is no option to look for "content partner" section but it's not there.
How can I resolve this issue?

I forgot to mention, I'm doing this via a web browser and not via the app.
I've just noticed I also have two accounts which can be causing this issue, how do I get the old account closed so I can redeem this code?
