I had the free game pass for 12 months but now it’s expired, and I can’t renew it as it’s locked to BT still, can someone please get in touch to explain how I can get this rectified please ??

Still no reply on this I have an expensive game console that I can’t use, I need this sorting out please or at least someone getting in touch to explain how I rectify this.
looking in here this is a huge problem and I don’t want to be waiting months for it to get sorted out.

if you try and get nowhere than post back and forum mods who are BT employees may be able to help
Thanks I’ll try that, I have seen others on here posting and getting replies from staff about sorting this out, I’m not wanting to wait ages, and some of them have been waiting 2 months already.
