I left BT in March (after 4 years on full fibre).
I'd taken the free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate offer.
Like everybody else I thought I'd regain control of my Xbox account by now but naturally that hasn't happened. Still says managed by BT/EE.
On these forums I see BT customer support is required. Usually phone call is recommended but often customers report going round in circles with agents who don't know what the problem is.
Sometimes a kind and generous moderator who knows the right team/person is able to refer folks. Please could I be a such lucky person?
