Has anybody recently upgraded and been given an Xbox pass but been unable to redeem it? I rang and spoke with BT over this and apparently someone has pulled the game pass from allowing people to use it, the guy raised an issue and said I would be emailed a code to get the pass within 5 working days. Still nothing!
I just don’t understand why they would give out rewards such as these if they won’t even be able to be used by customers or told that they’ll be fixed and then you’re left waiting. Anybody have any idea of what to do or how long longer it’ll take to get this sorted?
