I had recently joined BT 2 months ago and had chosen an offer to take the 6 month Xbox Gamepass Ultimate. I had gone through a text chat with an advisor and he stated the Content Partner Section should just appear where I can claim it. I've gone into My BT on the PC, gone to my Products and clicked manage under broadband and there's nothing there at all.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can I ask if there is more than one account number currently on your BT ID?

Wish my first post was under better circumstances, I am the only account number on the BT ID and it's my first time having BT Services at all.
