Xbox Gamepass Cancelled incorrectly

My Xbox gamepass has been cancelled yet it still has till June 23 to run. Xbox won’t let me reenable it and when I go to the BT app it says it’s already enabled so no options to reconnect it. 

desperate to play “ high on life”

This has been going on since October and I raised this issue on 22/12 and no one has done anything. 

really poor. 

Just tried to call but you just get a bot and I can’t get to speak to a person. 

beyond frustrating. I won’t be staying with by if this is the level of care.
