I recently went live with BT and am having the same issue activating (I've already received the email to say I'm eligible).

"We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2."

@RobbieMac hopefully you can help in providing the details / instructions on how to activate this.

Hi,

I'm also unable to activate my 6 month game pass subscription due the system maintenance.

I've tried speaking to support on the phone but they didn't really understand my query.

Good Morning, I have been trying to active this over the last month, the number to call just takes you around in circles. Can anyone help me out with this?

I'm getting the same issue where it tells me to call the system fault line and it's not providing any help in redeeming my 12 month Game Pass.
