I recently went live with BT and am having the same issue activating (I've already received the email to say I'm eligible).

Good Morning, I have been trying to active this over the last month, the number to call just takes you around in circles. Can anyone help me out with this?
We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.

I'm getting the same issue where it tells me to call the system fault line and it's not providing any help in redeeming my 12 month Game Pass.
