Its been 7 working days and still no code. Another Web form has been raised and been told I will get money credited once the complaint is closed but losing faith.
I'm three weeks and two forms in now and like you, am losing faith. I couldn't bear to make a 4th phone call today so I'm leaving it until next week.
Has been 7 days since i was told i would get my code still niothing
I had the initial ‘7days’ routine, which never materialized then I got a new one after contacting BT again saying, yes we can see the issue, we’ve sorted it. You’ll get it in 2-3 days now! That was 5 days ago.
id now be happy to have the monetary value of the pass credited to my account please, as you are now in breach of contract and agreement. Don’t want to go down the miss sold route. Get it sorted BT otherwise you’re going to have a lot of complaints inbound and unhappy customers.

I spoke to customer service last week about this (7days ago) and was told I'd get a code within six days. Still nothing yet.

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you aren't able to claim the Xbox Game Pass online, and you have been connected for more than 14 days, please get in touch with our Account and Billing team for help.
They will raise a webform to get the Game Pass arranged for you, and you'd then get the code within 7 working days.
