This is what I did to get around the long wait on hold.
Text HELP to 61998, let the diagnostics run and when prompted reply with REFRESH and when you get a message saying that everything should be ok reply with GUIDE. Took about 10 minutes to get a call back.
Not saying it will work for everyone but worked for me.
You need to actually speak to someone to get the web form raised and then it should all happen from then
Thanks for your PM Katie, but the solution to not getting through to customer services isn’t “call customer services”, as this creates somewhat of a paradox.
what we need is the ability to raise the issue without having to call as we simply can’t get through as I’m guessing everyone else that took up this offer is trying to call as you only gave them 14 days to claim it?
absolutely bonkers.
what I’ll accept instead is the cash value of the ultimate pass added in credit to my account please.
