Looked everywhere and its missing, had the circuit installed a few days ago, a bill showed up and also email saying I can claim it but the section is missing, checked in My BT and under products etc
There are numerous posts like yours. I realise you have had email but you need to wait until cooling off period after activation has passed and you have also paid your first bill. You also need to use pc/laptop and not an app to access MYBT
do you have more than 1 BT account?

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the community.
@imjolly we've seen lots of posts like this, if you have more than one account on your MyBT, I'd recommend registering with another email address using your current account number this should make it available.
If you don't have more than one account as stated by imjolly it can take time for the content partner section to appear.
