I joined BT on 4th august and everyday I have logged into myBT to look for my free Xbox game pass with no success. I have called twice and I received a call from BT Newcastle to say go into myBT, my products, then content partner. No matter how hard I look I cannot find content partner anywhere??? Would it not be under “my offers” section? Maybe??As this is not loading
this is very frustrating and my kids are on at me everyday to get this sorted 😡
can BT not just send me the Xbox code direct via email?
please help!!

There are numerous posts on forum like yours. Have you more than 1 account number? Have you paid your first month bill? You need to use web browser to access MYBT not phone app

thanks for your reply, I see there is a few posts the same but couldn’t see any solution. I used to be with BT years ago so kept the email so I do have another account just for that but it shows no other options than an email.
I think the issue is that I cannot see my offers on myBT as states
