Xbox game pass

I upgraded back in February to halo 3 an was told I get a 12 month Xbox pass with the deal it got all active but I still have to received my Xbox game pass code

I have look at other post that had same problem I look on my btid to see an just telling me to add it to my bill but I was offered 12 free for upgrade

Hi @Murchy2, sorry you can't claim the game pass.

Do you only have one account on your BTID?
Have you claimed the Account Holder status on your BTID?
