Just upgraded to full fibre 900, & broadband is active,but yet to receive any communication re-free 12 month xbox live membership. Thought this would be in email confirming activation of full fibre.Any help appreciated thanx craig

I am sorry for the problems you're having redeeming your free 12 month Xbox game pass offer. When you log into your BTID and you're on the home page, scroll down to the "content partner section" where you'll see the link to activate the Xbox game pass.
