I have recently renewed my broadband deal to full fibre 900 with the 12mths xbox pass but have not yet received any emails regarding activation
We upgraded from 500 to 900 which went live yesterday & we got the Xbox offer email with the activation link yesterday.
However, we certainly won't be using it.
you could gift it some some other younger family member as I did

Activation was last month.
Broadband has already changed to new contract. Just not had any email regarding pass.

Looks like they are waiting for the old equipment to get back to them sent last week. Could be that. Paid bill for last month but I have seen others get the email within the first week after starting contract.
I'll wait for equipment to reach them and may have to chat to them if nothing changes.
