Hi, I'm having problems claiming a free 12 month Xbox subscription following an upgrade to full fibre. Tried a number of times to claim it but the system seems to constantly be down for maintenance. Can anyone assist with this please?

Ive just got off the phone to BT who tell me Game Pass Ultimate is no longer available via BT. Not happy. A bit of a warning wouldve been good
I suspect the person you spoke to was mistaken. BT are still promoting Gamepass Ultimate on the website and also on the deals page for new customers.
Both agents i spoke to couldn't find it under my account and neither could i . That's what is really p ing me off.
Ive just Googled GPU through BT , clicked the "sign in to add Xbox GPU " and nothing appears. Im glad that i amy be getting assistance through here as its mystifying why i can't find it via the normal channels.
