BT Box expiry

My Youview BT Box DT4000 has popped its clogs. It had been giving me the occasional blank screen and yesterday the screen went blank after a channel change, came back, froze the picture and then a permanent blank screen. Tried to do a maintenance reset but it failed to load or progress.

I need to ask for a new Box so to avoid the merry-go-round of phone numbers and options is there a go to number to ask for a replacement Box?
