Has anyone had issues with their BT Pro box where you fast forward and when it gets upto date the screen goes black?
Yes, a commonly reported issue.
Not sure they've even acknowledged it as an issue. There's no formal bug reporting process & even when issues are acknowledged on the forums, there's only sporadic updates. It would at least be useful if when they release software maintenance updates, they published a change log so we could at least see what is being addressed. Sadly they refuse to do so.
If you haven't discovered already, switching channel & back again generally restores the picture.
