BT PRO box

Has anyone had issues with their BT Pro box where you fast forward and when it gets upto date the screen goes black?

Not sure they've even acknowledged it as an issue. There's no formal bug reporting process & even when issues are acknowledged on the forums, there's only sporadic updates. It would at least be useful if when they release software maintenance updates, they published a change log so we could at least see what is being addressed. Sadly they refuse to do so.

If you haven't discovered already, switching channel & back again generally restores the picture.

Yes I had discovered how to switch channels and back to resolve. I have had a replacement box and had an engineer visit. He had never seen the problem. It’s obviously a software issue but it’s annoying that BT don’t appear to be resolving and are not making their employees aware that it’s an issue.
