BT TV Box Return

I cancelled my TV membership and returned the box in the prepaid package that I received, I checked the royal mail tracking and it was delivered on the 25th February yet I still receive notifications that I need to return it and the status shows awaiting return on my account. Can this be updated on the system please ?
