BT box not working

We have the DTRT2100 BT box and it isnt working. There is no aerial signal and even after a factory reset it is not picking up any channels. Anyone able to help please?

Hi @flutterbub and welcome back.

Sorry you're having problems with the STB. Can you give us some more detail on what the problems is? Is the power light on? Are you seeing any error messages onscreen?

Thank you for your kindly reply @DavidM The box was coming on ok and there were no error messages. However we have now spoken to BT and they are sending us a replacement box
