I signed up to the 3 month free trial of Apple TV however I have been charged £8.99 this month for it. I looked in my Apple subscriptions on my phone and it says this can only be cancelled through my EE TV however when I log in to cancel it, it is already showing as cancelled.
How do I cancel and get a refund?

You haven't actually been charged - it's just showing on your bill as a benefit of your service. See how next to it, it shows £0.00:
Although I haven't been charged that Iknow of, I notice that my add ons in MyBT/TV shows that my apple tv is also cancelled. I have not done this and it's still active on the eetv box.
Interesting. It's now showing "Active" and the date of the trial ends .
