Im having exact opposite problem, I can see all my now tv channels in EPG but cant access any of them Error code 6023 or 6017 permanently, can anyone help please ?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry if you've been experiencing issues with your BT TV.
If you take a look at - What do the BT TV error codes mean?
The IPC - 6023 indicates that there might be an issue with the Broadband side of your connection.
How is your BT TV box connected, is it hard wired to your hub?
What is the speed of your connection?
Have you tried restarting both the TV box and your Hub?

Hardwired to hub tried rebooting everything, I can see them through apps but not in epg
On full fibre, 150 mb
