Box Pro

Having a rubbish time no subscription channels been like it for 2 days anyone else having this issue

Same here started 2 days ago tried everything nothing works both my boxes not playing any subscription channels called bt yesterday took forever to get through guy on the phone couldn't fix it in the end he cutt me off, and told me these channels no longer work and all ha e to be accessed through the now TV app surely not ?

A number of people had this problem, the fix was to do a software update

Yeah tried update and turn it on a new off with antenna removed still the same
